✨We were all smiles at the end of our fundraiser on Friday, the team had great fun covering the distance from Galway to Mizen Head (300km) on exercise bikes and rowing machines.
All funds raised on the day and through our idonate page will go directly to Galway Hospice Foundation & Pieta in memory of our late colleagues Martin Scanlon & Enda Crehan.
So far our idonate page is at €1,270 with final counts from the day to be added as well. The page will remain open for another few days yet, so if you haven't donated already, we would appreciate your support.

We here at M&C have asked students for their top tips on how to live with people in a shared house. Here are the main takeaways:
- Be respectful to everyone you share the house with.
- Be clean. Don't leave dirty dishes for your housemates to clean.
- Pay your rent and bills on time, so that no one gets annoyed.
- Don't play music too loud, especially at night.
- Always knock on your housemate's door before entering their room
- A big tip is if someone is bothering you: talk to them privately and please do not make a big deal in front of all your roommates.

Managing director Donogh Madigan has been in the property management business since 2002 and together with his staff has obtained a well earned reputation for providing a prompt, professional service to landlords, tenants and property owners across the residential and commercial sectors.
We currently let and manage over 500 individual properties and are the managing agents for over 90 management companies across several counties.
We operate from the iconic Red Church building on Henry Street in Limerick and also Spanish Parade House in Galway City and Connaught Street in Athlone with a team of 28 staff who are fully trained and ready to deal with any aspect of property Sales, Letting and Management.
