I’ve been neglecting Facebook recently so here’s a wee one I wrote called Ella’s!

LETTER D- Dougie MacDonald’s. Liz Doherty recorded this under the title Dougie MacDonald’s on Quare Imagination so we’re rolling with it, loophole!!! (It’s also called Broadcove Bridge, written by Dougie MacDonald… that counts, right?)
Anyway, awfully tricky in the second part, so much so I recorded this 15 times and decided f**k it! we’re going with this take. Few slip ups but that’s life. Enjoy!

In the last couple of months I’ve been visiting fiddle maker Jim McKillop for all things instrument related and yesterday, I finally became the proud owner of a McKillop fiddle. Here’s myself and Jim playing The Wise Maid. Plenty more videos and pictures to come with the new beauty. 🎶🎶

A set of 2 hornpipes and a jig accompanied by George Kenny on piano. Probably one of my favourite solo sets I played for my final performance. Enjoy!!
