Body Tree Community Clinic is back in Southill Frc THIS TUESDAY 1pm to 4pm

Spaces are still available in our Sports First Aid Responder Course.
This is a 3 day in depth course running 13th-15th September from 9:30-4:30 each day.
In addition to CFR skills, the First Aid Responder will learn defined practical skills in the further management of a patient who has become suddenly ill or injured pitch side, in the pre-hospital environment until the arrival of emergency medical services (EMS).
The First Aid Responder can assess and manage these
patients in accordance with PHECC Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs).
Each student will receive a FAR course book. This book is an excellent reference for the first aider. It contains all the necessary information as it has been designed and written with the FAR course in mind.

bodytree_community_clinics are holding their Annual Health Information Day on the grounds of the Old Junior School in O Malley Park on Thursday
13th June from 10am-2pm. This year we have over 23
Health Agencies in attendance which include;
offering free health checks, The will be offering a range of Complementary Therapies, free ear tests, , Mental Health and lots more on the day. We would love to see as many people from the Southill Community and beyond on the day.

We had a fabulous 2nd day to our Retreat with the M.E Trust in the most beautiful setting The Treehouse.
Today we had smorgasbord of Workshops. Learning about the medicinal properties of tea, with Jass, to learning about our breath with Ronan O'Brien from . Jenny from Body Tree, spoke on the importance of the Heart
Chakra, and the healing
properties of crystals. We finished the workshops off with Cam and Mauve, painting our expression stones...

The Community Wellness, Empowerment, Leadership and Life skills (CWELL) diploma is a unique academic programme that has been co-designed with local Limerick communities to address their community-identified needs. The course acronym reflects the curriculum content, which is designed to apply to both individual and community needs in terms of: managing physical and mental well-being; empowering individuals and groups to identify and advocate for their needs; and developing the necessary leadership and life skills to address personal and community development objectives in a proactive and strategic manner.
Body Tree Community Clinics are an integral part to this Diploma, in preparing future leaders in Community Wellness.
As it was their last evening of their diploma, they recieved an oppurtunity to come to our clinic in Kileely, to try for themselves the benefits of Nada (Detox) Protocol, and how it can benefit their communities.
