Local Garda Stephen called yesterday to have a chat to us about our village and his role in it. To say they were excited and Interested would be an understatement.

Some recent afterschool activities in between the rain showers

Animal theme this week. Lots of interesting facts and stories about different types coming from the children's interests. We've had everything from cows to piranhas.! We even had a visit from a 1 week old lamb!

Sad to see that this is the 4th time we have had to replace our doorbell. It may be small to some but gets very annoying when you are trying to run your service. Only replaced 5 days ago!

EASTER CAMP FUN 2024

Out and about on a lovely spring morning. Saying hello to the locals out and busy working. We even found a troll under the bridge!!

Feb was a busy month with 5 birthdays and learning more about Spring and our natural world.! We hope all our moms loved our Mothers day cards. Now we are getting ready for ST. Patrick's day with everything irish. Including music, dance art, stories and cupla Focal.

Spring is in the air!

What a lovely morning we had. Hope everyone enjoyed. We did !

Chinese new year, St. Brigid's day and much much more. Just another week in preschool.

Wellbeing and taking care of ourselves theme is going down a treat and the children are learning the skills to regulate, get it all out and restart. we even created our own worry monsters using a breathing technique.

It's Dec 1st!! That means Christmas countdown is officially begun. This week we made our height snowman keep sake, semlnsort rice play, art,collage making, our mini tress and today an elf has appeared.! Exciting.....

A busy day Friday - decorating and taking a walk to the library to fill up our shelves with new books in time for our space theme, winter and Christmas.

Our Halloween art creations have started, A visit to our local bug hotel and our birthday parties. We even tried bran brack where Cian found the ring! Circle time was all about halloween traditions and what the ring symbolised.
