Yesterday marked the beginning of our brand-new Graphic Design and Motion Design course with the incredible HSE Ireland V.O.I.C.E program! 🌟

HSE V.O.I.C.E is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities by providing valuable work placements and real-life experiences. This program helps individuals gain the skills and confidence needed to live independently and thrive in their careers. 🙌

Our course will cover everything from the basics of design to advanced motion graphics, ensuring that every participant is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in the dynamic world of design. 🖌️💻

We’re thrilled to be a part of this journey and can’t wait to see the amazing creations that come out of this program. Stay tuned for updates and showcase of our students’ work! 💫

Men's Mental Health Month is a crucial reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health. For too long, societal norms have made men feel like they need to be strong and stoic, hiding their struggles and suffering in silence. But true strength lies in acknowledging our vulnerabilities and seeking support when we need it.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, and it's okay to not be okay. Let's break the stigma and start conversations that matter. Encourage your friends, brothers, fathers, and sons to speak up about their mental health. Check in on your loved ones, offer a listening ear, and let them know they are not alone.

Together, we can create a world where men feel empowered to take care of their minds without fear of judgment. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💙

We had such a brilliant Morning at the Limerick Mental Health Association business breakfast fundraiser, well done to everyone involved for putting it together and brining on such amazing guests speakers!

Organisations like limerick mental health are such an important part of our community, raising awareness on mental health and helping countless of people everyday, they deserve all the help and support we can give them!

Our Managing Director Charlie Fitzgerald will take part in a skydive for two great Charities, Cliona's Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities Ireland. All funds raised will go directly to these great causes.

PBC recently completed the New DRS projects in Cork and Limerick, where several new Lidl store expansions incorporated the Deposit Return Scheme systems introduced throughout Ireland this month.
