Congratulations Daniel 馃コ
Huge congratulations to Daniel Higgins and Maria Kelly who were recently announced as our 2024 First Year Student of the Year award winners. Daniel and Maria excelled in all aspects of school life throughout their first year in Ardscoil Ph谩draig, achieving excellent assessment results while also taking part in various extra-curricular activities. Daniel will be known to many as a very talented sportsman, representing his clubs Ballymore Gaa-Longford and Longford Athletics Club, as well as his school, with distinction in both codes. Maria was announced as the overall Longford Schools Enterprise Programme Junior winner last year, progressing to represent Longford on the national stage and was also a pivotal member of our U14 Ladies Football LWETB Tournament winning side. Well done to our two very worthy award recipients who are pictured below with Year Heads, Ms.Tully and Ms.Sharkey.
