"This was my first visit to Pain Solution in Toughers with Kora.
When I arrived I was greeted and shown to lovely relaxation room where I could help myself to herbal teas or coffee.
Kora came and brought me to her room where she looked up the information I had filled in on the online questionnaire.

We had a chat about my conditions and what I would like to focus on.
I have had many massages and osteopathy session in the past.
Kora's attention to detail blew me away.

After using pressure points to assess and release my poor achey muscles a rub was applied to my back and shoulders.
When the Heat lamp was applied I nearly fell asleep.
Then a full body massage before some osteopathy to release tension in my hips
Finishing off with some massage and reflexology on my feet.

This was an amazing experience and worth every penny."

"I had a pain solutions treatment with Kora yesterday specifically for lower back pain and neck pain in Portlaoise base ..she really worked through numerous tight muscles and I had dry needling also so I do feel a little sensitive today but I'm definitely not in as much pain as usual ...Kora also gave me some stretches to do that she thought would be beneficial for me to do..I would highly recommend Kora as she is very professional and knowledgeable and also very friendly and welcoming too .I do look forward to returning for future treatments with Kora ...Thanks again 😊"
