The Boys U12 Footballers started their Autumn Championship on Friday 23rd, in which the squad have entered three teams into Divisions 1, 2 & 6 following up on their successes in the Spring League.

The Div 1 Boys suffered a narrow loss away against Kilcock loosing out to a last minute goal; The Div 2 Boys won against Maynooth in a well contested game and the Div 6 Boys won well, pulling away from Sarsfields in another well contested game. Again the Boys were well supported by parents and family who were entertained to some great football.

🔵 Senior Ladies Report
The Senior team launch their Intermediate Championship campaign on Thursday 22nd August as they travel to Moorefield to play Round 2 of their group stage. The Round 1 match against Cappagh has been rescheduled to 27th August. The Moorefield match promises to be very exciting and competitive. All the squad look forward to their first Championship outing after comprehensive preparation on the training pitch and in challenge matches over the last few months. Let us all support our Senior players as they endeavour to bring championship honours to the club this year.
The Junior team also begin their Championship campaign on Thursday 22nd August against Athgarvan who will host the match. This team has a very young profile and this competition will provide great experience for all these players as they progress to the senior ranks in the future.

Likewise, all these players have put in great effort at training in preparation for their Junior C Championship campaign. Players and mentors greatly appreciate support on match day
