Another great evening cooking for a Sneem Digital Hub fundraiser at Dan Murphys Bar . Everything served up on sticks - Buttered Steak, Lamb, Belly Pork, Sneem Black Pudding, Roast Pepper stuffed with Cream Cheese wrapped in Bacon and finally Cajun Pineapple……. All locally sourced meats. Pictured with one of our biggest fans Michael Healy-Rae T.D.
