Nana's Garden 💐

When deciding which candles I wanted to make, I had to include my Nana in some form. A proud Belfast woman who loved her garden almost as much as her grandkids.
She had a massive effect on my life, and I carry her memory with me, always in the shape of my wedding ring, which was made using one her old rings.

My wife and I took these photos in the gardens of Downhill estate. My Nana and Granda owned a caravan in Castlerock for years, it's also where I spent most of my childhood summers. My grandparents would always take us to the gardens and forest for walks, so it's always been a special place for me. When me and my wife starting dating, it was one of the first places we went.

What a day! Our 1st market could not have gone better. Thanks to everyone who stopped by today for a chat and sampled our candles.

Excited to say we were awarded Highly Commended at the Causeway young traders market. As a result, we will be attending the regional finals in on the 8th/9th June 😬 and we can't wait to see you all there ❤️
