All set for a new week of yoga classes
Yin Yoga class 6pm Thursday is a gentle class with essential oils, breath practice, moving slowly into deep release stretches and meditation.
Yoga for Beginners 6pm Tuesday is an alignment based hatha yoga class to get the basics, with focus on breath, posture and relaxation.
Classes are in Setu bungalow 7, Kilcornan.
12 euro drop in or 60 euro for 6 classes

*New for 2024* I'm pleased to join the panel of Heritage in Schools Specialists. I will be visiting primary schools to help children and their teachers learn about and appreciate their local natural and cultural heritage.
Visits are interactive and can take place on school grounds or local sites. These visits are part-funded by the The Heritage Council
Since completing my Degree in Heritage Studies with .mayo back in 2015 and having brought the Creative by Nature outdoor learning sessions to many children and teachers, I am really looking forward to working with even more schools through 2024.
