Trust the unknown with the faith that all the best is yet to come, with the curiosity of a child!

You need to not let fear decide for you!

The way of thinking, “no, this is not for me”, can be polite way of expresses that you don't like to try it!
Small bit of wisdom that I heard before is
"Do one thing every day that scares you, do the things that interest you and do them with all your heart. Don’t be concerned about whether people are watching you or criticizing you. The chances are that they aren’t paying any attention to you. It’s your attention to yourself that is so stultifying.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

Seemingly simple, but subconsciously we fight it to come closer to fear for a moment. Fear affects us negatively and does not allow us to act most of times.
A lot of our failures come from fear.
We are afraid of changing jobs , take new tasks and that can keep us in the same place for years.

Big challenge is fighting fear. Are you ready?

It is never too late to change... What do you think and feel about that?
There is always time to take up the challenge and start fighting your fear.
How to start.... Start small, do one thing each day that you are afraid of or that makes you uncomfortable, see how you feel, what comes up for you? How can you cope with it?

Remember, you are not doing it for anyone, you are doing it only for yourself.

Don't be afraid of changes. Changes and challenges are great teachers, without them you won't achieve anything.
Lets do it!
Get motivated to fight your fear that blocks your happiness.
What are we afraid of, failure?
Failure teaches us to keep going.
The worst that can happen is that nothing will change. At best, your whole life will change for the better.
Don't be afraid to fight for yours and start your adventure today.

t's while since I have been here.
I took time to rest, reflect and do some self care. I have overcome many challenges in last few months.

Croagh Patrick- the holy mountain otherwise known as the Reek is steep and challenging. There are 3 parts to it as you all know. The start, the middle part and final climb. When I climb I feel many emotions -excited, happy, annoyed, tired and sad. My fear of heights causes me to stop and take a breath and I sometimes fall to my knees. I cry and that's ok.
Then I suddenly remember that I'm reaching my dreams, one more push, one more step, one more tear to get there.
I truly enjoy that no matter how hard the climb is I don't regret any mountains I climb. I am not disappointed when I reach the top and don’t see a view that I expected to see. It's not about expectations, view is not everything.

This is what I have learned, what I expirienced and what I have gained each time I climb. I reached my goal, that's as good as it gets.I tried, I succeeded, I have no REGRETS that will come with time... No questions of What if... What about... How come... None of that!

Now it is time for another climb.
My enthusiasm is winning the battle over fear, my curiosity has no limits and people around me help me to go somewhere I haven’t been before. Thank you to them all for being a part of that!

When I compare the person I was 18 years ago and how I am now, it is hard to believe how far I’ve come. My 18 year old
self wouldn't have been able to share all this. I look at myself and how far I come, how many climbs I have completed, how my failures urged me forward always learning. Teaching me an important life lesson - to be myself, to shine bright and to be my own sunshine.

On the journey we call LIFE
I have learned so much and I'm still learning. I have attended University and also the school of life. It is life that shows us what we are made of deep within.
Sometime is is not apparent straight away what life lessons we are learning in the moment but over time it becomes obvious and things begin to feel right and things fall into place.Today I'm in this place and time, tomorrow will offer different experiences but the important thing is to be who you are!

Don't let people pull you to their storm, instead pull them to your peace.

'Peace of mind, is a feeling of being safe or protected, it is the absence of worry. It’s achieving a calm state of mind regardless of your situation and circumstances. The most important step to achieving peace is to acknowledge the fact that you have control over your mind, including your thoughts and how you respond to others. If you refuse to take responsibility for your reactions to others then you will never live in peace. However, when you accept that you are in control of how you respond to people and situations you can begin to make progress in this area instead of living controlled by things that are happening around you.'

So, as we step into 2022, here's a reminder for you to check on yourself!
Be open with yourself before you begin....
To change your life, you need to embrace new and positive things.
Our world is full of limitless possibilities.
Change your thoughts and you will change your world!
Reconnect with yourself.....your feelings, possessions and instincts.
Are your beliefs your own? Or are you living in an illusion based on somebody else's beliefs?
Break free from those that don’t serve you…..
These can family-imposed beliefs, e.g. their thinking or their reactions to certain situations.
Take note of changes you observe, and this is where you begin to see the differences.
Knowledge feeds the soul. Research and be open to new suggestions. Practise new methods and notice what begins to work for you?
Believe in yourself and embrace what you feel.
We all possess a power within, it is up to us how we use it!
Start living, not just existing. Make plans, choose wisely and shape the life you deserve for yourself and everything will come in the right time.

A few days ago it was my birthday. I finished at one job and went to another.
While scrolling through my neurowellss Instagram,
I seen a memory from my old hairdressing page.
I began to think of what I have done my entire life....funnily the first thing that came to my mind was what I didn't do and what I have lost in the process of finding me.
Once those thoughts came to me, I put my "coaching hat" on and started positive self talk. Self talk that was compassionate and self loving......I pulled myself back to the present moment, to where I am and who I am!
I examined what I have been through in the last year. Despite all this I am still me, I am proud of who I am and what I do. I realise I can do any task or job that I wish for, if I aim for it!
These rules of life are a few that keep me going when I have moments of uncertainty and doubt:

1. Enjoy the present moment (the process) what do you feel (touch, hear, see, smell)

2. Treat your thoughts like visitors, don't hold onto them. Let them come and go.

3. Be happy in your own company.

4. Look for positives in life (places, people, things).

5. Pick one task, focus on it and complete it without looking back on past failures.

6. Learn from today, plan for tomorrow.

7. Exercise everyday (dance, clean, mop walk, run ) do what makes you happy, satisfying your brain, body and soul.

8. Actions create motivation.

9. Smile (to yourself in the mirror, or to a stranger on the street). 😄

10. Don't wait for someone to love you, Love Yourself First. 💗

Hi all, it has been a while since I posted here.
I have been busy working behind the scenes.
I am delighted with the responses so far. However, one thing I have been asked repeatedly is for more insight into my work and background.........so here we go!!!
