I am back at practising regular Yoga classes after having an ear infection for nearly 5 weeks. I can not even begin to put into words how happy I am.
🦋 During my time not able to practice I have been exploring and enjoying other parts of Yoga. Because is not just moving your body. Yoga is so much more for me. However, the joy at the union of all aspects of it and mindful movement with my breath! I feel amazing. I love Yoga and Yoga is Love. It is union and I am grateful for it every day. 🙏

And so the magic begins. Last night's dinner was so delicious and the Yin Yoga 🧘‍♀️ afterwards. Is exactly what everyone needed after their day of traveling here.

This morning Yoga, Meditation, Breakfast and then off for Surf Lesson.

The energy is beautiful, the people are beautiful and I know the better it gets the better it gets.

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse 💥🌠

Wow! The energy is powerful and transformational. This is the last eclipse of a series that started in 2021. We have changed and we will never be the same.

Some people are embracing this change and some are finding it bumpy to say the least.

That's okay. Your best is always enough. You are enough, just as you you are perfect now. You are whole and beautiful. Take it easy.
