Men find it easier to open up and talk about their mental health and emotional wellbeing when they are doing some kind of activity. This is why many of the traditional talk therapies can be quite challenging for men. When you sit a man down and force him to talk about his feelings it can have the opposite effect and they just clam up.
Reiki is a therapy that doesn't require any words. It is still very effective in helping and dealing with emotional health and mental wellbeing.
A person can come in for a reiki session, they don't have to say a word; I can still do my thing and the outcome can still be very beneficial for them.
If you are thinking of your own wellbeing or you know a man in your life who could use some kind of therapy but doesn't really want to go and talk to a stranger about how he is feeling then get in touch.
