Hi everyone.
For my final weeks of trading, my menu will start to change and slowly reduce in options/choices.
First step will be to say goodbye to strawberries as an extra as summer is now over. I will not buy anymore spreads either so I might be running out of biscoff or something else in a few weeks.
I will be at Fontainstown beach on Friday and Sunday (if the weather allows it) and at the Midleton Farmers Market on Saturday.

We' re now entering my final month of trading !
At the end of September I will be doing my final Farmers Market in Midleton as well as my final days at the beach in Fountainstown !
Do not hesitate anymore to have a Crêpe when you see me, it might be one of the last ones.. I will probably now return to a trading schedule of Friday and Sunday at the beach and Saturday at the Market.

Unfortunately I had one of the feet on my trailer who broke for the second time.
As a result I will NOT be able to attend the Midleton Farmers Market tomorrow (Saturday) and I won' t be able to trade until further notice.
Hopefully it will be fixed during the next 5 days and I will be back on track.

So I will be back at Fontainstown beach, except on Saturday as I' m doing the Farmers Market in Midleton from 9 am to 2 pm. Feel free to download Zur! and follow me there as you can see day by day where I am, my trading hours, have access to my menu.. You can order and see if I have to cancel a trading day due to rain or else. Fingers crossed for a sunny month of August.

As a result, with the weather being very "uncertain", it can' t say for sure when I' m trading. I have to take it day by day.. I' ll be at Fontainstown beach tomorrow Thursday and then.. We' ll see. It looks like I will also have to skip Fontainstown beach on Sunday (to be confirmed) but I will be back there on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... As long as the sun is shinning ! For this week, the weather still looks good so I' ll be at Fontainstown beach everyday except Saturday, as I will be in Midleton doing the Farmers Market from 9 am to 2 pm. So I' ll be trading basically from 11 am to 4 pm, more or less 30 mins... On Thursday, I will celebrate Bastille day so just say : "Revolution" to me on that day and I will give you a 50 cent discount on your Crêpe !

Looks like summer is finally here. As a result, I will try to be at the beach every day, except on Saturday, as I' m at the Midleton Farmers Market. I will probably have reduced hours of trading during the week, something around 11.30 am to 3.30 pm (+ or - 30 mins) instead of the usual 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays. See you all tomorrow Wednesday the 6 th of July. I will probably be off next Tuesday, like I am this week.

It is officially summer now so I will be trading as much as possible at Fontainstown beach. I will still be at the Midleton Farmers Market every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm but for the rest of the week, direction Fontainstown ! I will of course have to adapt myself to the weather (not trading when it' s raining) but I can already say that I' ll be there on Wednesday and Thursday. I usually also go on Friday and Sunday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Maybe Crêpes are just good for everything, everyone, everywhere..
