For the Kimchi lovers out there, Robbie’s now stock Jaru's Original Kimchi, hand-crafted, naturally fermented using a traditional korean recipe and 100% vegan.

JARU is a small food production based in Nutgrove, South Dublin, and trade in 7 weekly markets throughout Dublin. They produce Korean foods using Irish ingredients and traditional Korean family recipes.

Ingredients - Chinese cabbage, radish, carrots, scallions, garlic, ginger, gochukaru chilli, water.

For new recruits,
Kimchi, is a staple food in Korean cuisine, its a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables. It can also be used as a base for stews. Because it's a fermented food, it boasts numerous probiotics. These healthy microorganisms give kimchi several health benefits. It may help regulate your immune system, fight inflammation, and even slow the aging process!
