Start your day right with our immune-boosting smoothie recipe! Packed with nutrients from fruits, veggies, and Active Immune, it's a delicious way to support your health. Swipe for the recipe! 🥦🍓
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 scoop of Active Immune supplement (or as recommended on the packaging)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Wash the spinach thoroughly and add it to your blender.
Add the frozen mixed berries to the blender.
Peel and slice the banana, then add it to the blender.
Scoop the Greek yogurt into the blender.
Pour in the almond milk.
If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Finally, add a scoop of the Active Immune supplement to the blender.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Ingredients
150g porridge oats
50g protein powder of your choice (we used vanilla whey)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
150g nut butter of your choice (we used peanut)
4 tbsp plant milk
25g chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Method
STEP 1: Combine the oats, protein powder, flaxseed and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, nut butter, milk and chocolate chips.
STEP 2: Stir well to combine the mixture, then, using damp hands, roll it into 15 balls (they should be about 30g each). Arrange on a plate and chill for 30 mins until firm, then serve.
