100% family owned and operated, Flesk Meats and Food services was established in 1984 by Joe Hickey. Serving the fast-growing meat needs of Irish Chefs, Flesk Meats evolved into one of Ireland`s leading meat suppliers. The next generation of the family has continued to provide the Irish catering sector with healthy Irish meat, supplying a wide range of quality products to many of Ireland`s leading restaurants, hotels and resorts.
Since the Covid 19 virus has unfortunately struck our planet we have been asked about supplying the general public. Our hope is that by diversifying in this way we can continue to employ part of our workforce.
Orders can be collected in Killarney Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. We have devised a system where people can call to our premises outside Ballyvourney or if the order is large enough we can deliver to the your home.
Running our own fleet of modern dual temperature refrigerated vehicles enables us to have full control over the delivery from the time it leaves the factory to the time it arrives to you. Fresh frozen for your storage convenience.
