Gels and gel sculptures are relatively durable however, certain actions can make it more likely to peel off.

Depending on how you handle the gel, the gel will last from 3 days to over 4 weeks.

-Taking a shower or enter the pool within 24 hours after applying the gel.
・ Hitting the toe.
・ Peeling the gel from the corner.
・Cutting gel nails with nail clippers.
・ Dishwashing without gloves.
・ Cleaning house or car without gloves.
・ Working in the garden without gloves.
・ Frequently taking a shower.
・ Biting on gel nails.

Gel on unhealthy nails tends to peel off more easily.

In particular, nails tend to be unhealthy from autumn to winter. How to make healthy nails all year round?

・ Moisturize nails with cuticle oil and hand cream. (It is convenient to put cream in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink so that you can moisturize each time you wash your hands.)
・ When going out, wear gloves.
・ Hand massage with hand cream.
・ Nail is made of keratin, a protein component, so make sure to get enough protein in your usual meal (egg, red meat, chicken, fish, etc.)
・ Eat well-balanced foods containing green-yellow vegetables, minerals, and calcium.

I have got a new bonder base gel yesterday. It supporsed to increase adhesion by 50% and make gel nails last longer.

It's a new product to me and I want to test it to see how it works for an active person.

It's ready for Christmas! I finished a gel sculpture set two weeks ago. Even though banging a lot while housework, it has no damage so far. That's why I like gel sculpture the most.

Today, we had a private gel nail lesson, and this student did brilliant work! I did her right hand as a demonstration and she finished her left hand.

Yesterday, I did nail care to someone. Even though it is just cuticle care and filing, her nails looks so much better!

Many people asked me, “How can I grow my nails?”

It seems that there are many people who break their nails from the sides of nails. I had similar problems before.

There are several solutions, but I would recommend coating with gel. By doing this, the nail is reinforced and grows firmly👍👍

The reason why lint-free cotton is suitable for nail care is that if lint remains on the nail, it will be an obstacle when you apply polish or gel.☹️

Using lint-free cotton saves you the trouble of removing it and leads to a shortening of the treatment time.😉👍

I usually buy nail products at the Hair & Beauty Company. This time, I tried to see if Lidl cotton pads can be used for nail care.⭐️🔍

As a result, Lidl cotton pads are perfect for nail care👍It is better than any cotton sold at Tesco or pharmacies! The reason is,

1. Less fluff because it is quilted
2. Since fiber is contained, there is little fluff

Cotton pads are mainly used to remove nail sebum and polish off.

*I only use it for nail care. I don't know for skincare.

There are various ways to apply the gel, but it is basically the same as how to apply the polish.

The text only shows basic painting, but in the lesson, I will demonstrate everything.

It is best to practice the method you think is most easy to apply after knowing the various ways of painting.

There are many advantages to gel sculpture without using nail tips😀😌

❤️Nail tips can be removed by hitting, but gel sculptures are rarely removed.
⭐️How long the nail tip lasts depends on the quality of the nail glue, but not on the gel sculpture.
⭐️The gel sculpture is beautifully finished in any shape, such as a spoon nail.

6 years ago, I used to think it would be nice if I could find a way to make custom-made nail tips because it fits an individual's nail shape perfectly.

Now, gel sculpture almost replaced nail tips.

Gel sculpture requires more effort and time than nail tips but it is so much easier than acrylic sculpture, and it's not smelly like acrylic liquid.

If it could be done within 1 hour and a half with e-file, it will be a very reliable option😀

Yesterday, finally finished making a little home salon in our house.

We moved to this house this year and we love here.

I'm thinking of getting e-files which makes nail care so much faster.

For example, it will save;
•10 minutes on removing gel nails
10 to 15 minutes on cuticle care and filing
•10 to 15 minutes on sculpture!

It cost about 70 to 90 euro depending on the brand. It is not cheap.

Some of them are for the nail care course. It is very excited.

Those items could be anything that you already have.

･Nail polish (Colour, Base coat, Top Coat)
･Nail clipper
･Nail Polish Remover(non-acetone remover is recommended for a person with small children in the house)
･any nail file(glass one is reusable and recommended)
･cuticle wooden stick

All items are all available at the pharmacy in Kilkelly except glossy top coat.

I can spare some of my stuff like nail tips and glue for free, which we are going to use in this course.

Please let me know if you have any difficulties finding items. I can get you a professional one from Castlebar when I go there on the 2nd of Oct. and provide you a store receipt.
