Hiking Tips
Why use Hiking Poles?
- They help with stability and balance.
- They distribute your load/weight more evenly across your body
- Support and protect your knees when going downhill.
- with the extra movement it builds are muscles.
- Acts as a tester for the ground ahead for holes and hidden depth if mud etc.
Improtant:
NEVER loop your hands through the straps as it can result in serious injury if one was the fall or stumble.
