We breath the creative force, breathing in and breathing out with each beautiful breath of life. What type of creativity are you enjoying these days?
What brings me joy in the little moments is enjoying combinations of colours that my eyes pick out. I smile into the beauty

Creativity helps you to centre yourself and reboot your nervous system. Trusting your intuition to choose the colour that feels right at any given time, builds confidence and sparks joy.
In these workshops, we are expressing our natural style rather than learning particular painting techniques. This way of working brings balance to the left and right side of the brain enabling you to trust and value what you are creating.
