The colours are beautifully vibrant & it's a time where we really notice the cycles of nature begin to change as the leaves begin to fall, the days get shorter & animals prepare to sleep.

When we move from our heads to our heart space & practice gratitude there is much more room for positive vibes…for compassion, kindness, joy, wonder & Love 💗
After having just spent the last few weeks at 2 incredible weddings celebrating great pals & their love for each other….it has reminded me of the love that is all around me in my own life 💗
So today as I’m feeling very grateful for everything.
I have been sitting with that loving energy, breathing it into every part of my being. Filling me with gratitude for all my friends & family that fill our lives with love 💕

It is so lovely to be back on Irish soil to feel the richness of the earth beneath my feet…
Energetically there is lots going on at the moment ✨
The potent energies of Lughnasa & the Lions Gate has definitely had me all fired up 🔥
So this evening I took some time to be in nature…soaking up that beautiful ☀️to sit in ritual…to breath in the calming healing energy of Mother Earth. Simply by being fully present, connecting with nature, connecting with the breath, brings balance & deeper connections within🙏

When I began my healing Reiki journey I quickly realised I needed to offer Compassion, Kindness and Love within so I could truly support myself as I began to heal.
It was only by being fully present for myself with gentle compassion that I could release
what I needed to & truly embrace and accept what was required to heal on a very deep level.
Once I gave myself permission things really began to enfold ✨
Sometimes simply saying YES to yourself & giving yourself permission is one of the most powerful steps you can make.

Permission to let go....
Permission to surrender...
Permission to grieve...
Permission to trust…
Permission to be…
Permission to be happy…
Permission to be present…
Permission to be yourself…
Permission to release limitations…
Permission to accept things as they are....
Permission to laugh…
Permission to celebrate the wins…
Permission to love…
We often get so caught up in the destination, not realising that there is incredible power in the journey.
So if there is something holding you back...why not take this opportunity to give yourself permission 🙏
