Thank you all for your business, friendship, loyalty, support and trust in me over the past year 🙏🏼 Another year of doing what I absolutely love while meeting the most amazing souls.
None of it would be possible without you coming to the cabin, being open, honest and giving yourself the time to work on you.
Don't let that go over the coming weeks. If your self care looks like putting boundaries in place or reaching out to someone for support-then honour your self and your needs and follow through on this.
For those who struggle at this time of year, you are in my thoughts and no doubt the thoughts of so many others.

It's so important to focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear.
All things in our universe are constantly in motion, vibrating. Even objects that appear to be stationary have a vibrational frequency.
So every thought and emotion we have and feel also vibrates at a certain frequency.
When we feel low, our vibrational frequency matches that. Feelings of unworthiness, dread, fear and low self-esteem all lie here.
But the better you feel the higher your vibration will be. When in this high vibrational state of being you will attract more of what you want and less of what you don't want.
Take time to recognise how you are feeling day to day, what emotions are you feeling and the frequency at which they vibrate.

If it's to bring you happiness but is something that can be taken away in an instant it's not going to give you a lasting sense of self.

You and I are no different.
We nurture ourselves, we grow, we let go and then we are left bare and vulnerabe.
When we find ourselves at that point of vulnerability, feeling bare and alone...it's important to remember the next phase of the cycle is to nurture ourselves and continue the process.
Life is not linear and that is not the end point ❤️

What are your beliefs and values and are they are truly aligned with who you are and how you want to live your life?
Some peoples beliefs and values are developed early on and stem from learned behaviours-observing those around them without thought or introspection.
If we don't sit down and challenge ourselves on what they mean to us, we could be living a life that's inauthentic to ourselves.
What are you holding yourself back from?
What are you telling yourself you can't do within the life you are living and the time you have left?
Do you TRULY believe you can't make the necessary changes?
And if so, why can't you?
Is it because it's not possible...or because of a familiar narrtive you've witnessed so mamy others play out too.
If you put no limitations on yourself and your potential-how would your life look?

Did you ever just get hit by a wave?
That was me this evening.
No rhyme, no reason and no motivation to do what I knew would reset myself.
Motivation isn't something that hits you like lightning...especially on the days you're feeling ungrounded and out of alignment.
I'm reading The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John Maxwell at the moment (highly recommend) and here's something that really sat with me 👇🏼
"The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it."
At the start of the walk I was 100% that person in the tiktok video stomping up the path "going for a walk for my mental health" 😂 I'm sure we've all seen the video!! But a few minutes is all it took to become more grounded, more present and calm.
So when you feel like s**t, don't wait for things to change for you....take back your power and change them yourself ✨

While I do practice different modalities, the end goal never changes.
