We’re hiring! First Bite Catering is a growing film and event catering company looking to hire chefs and kitchen assistants on a flexible basis to join our fun and friendly team.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift. Hourly rate will match qualifications and experience. This work will be based on location in the Dundalk area from late June to mid-September.

On today’s menu:
-Duo of smoked coley and plaice, dill and lemon cream, green veggies and lyonnaise potatoes
-Beef moussaka layered aubergines, with mild bean and beetroot chili filling and lyonnaise potatoes
-Stuffed aubergine, tomato and potatoes, Spanakorizo - spinach and garlic yoghurt rice
-Fresh herb mixed salad
-Homemade peach and blueberry muffins (for breakfast)
-Homemade apple, pear and raspberry crumble

-braised club cut of beef in a creamy mushroom and peppercorn sauce, Cajun potatoes, roasted root veggies
-lamb tikka masala, coriander and peas rice, naan bread and raitha

Victoria sponge cake with fresh fruit to celebrate! 🥳Today we finish up on ‘The End’ at Ardmore Film Factory - a four week studio job. Today we also start a new job on ‘Faithless’.
We’re still going strong in Cork on The Young Offenders - week 4 started today! We’re keeping busy and we love it.

Cork baiiii! This week we started a new job in Cork for The Young Offenders. We’re delighted to see Alex Murphy (who plays Conor MacSweeney) happy with his lunch served up by our amazing chef Dermot O’Flynn.

We are on pre-production for a secret studio gig in Bray this week! And as always, delighted to be serving up a buffet of tasty food for everyone 😋 These salads are looking delicious!

Happy Monday! Today we began serving up crews on set for ‘Obituary’, filming in Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. It was a great first day with tasty lunches and we’re looking forward to serving up many more delicious meals for this fabulous crew!
