Jane Shaw and I are holding a retreat over the August bank holiday weekend at Ballyscanlon lake, fri 2nd to sun 4th August not to be missed.
This will be a deeply restorative, nourishing and wholesome retreat immersed in nature orienting to biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Buddhism, and Jungian psychology principles of Being non doing. we will offer a series of embodied contemplative practices to help you deepen into an experience of interconnection and wholeness.
~We will explore our inner landscape, by allowing the reflections of the outer natural world to guide us.
~ By attuning to nature as healer who nourishes us, we can rest in her wholeness embrace.
~ Expanding our awareness, we may feel a sense of the sacred, a sense of belonging and a feeling of reciprocity with the natural world.

Hello everyone..tutor bios for the biodynamic craniosacral therapy training we are holding here in tramore waterford beginning this October 2024

Gráinne has been working as a body oriented therapist for nearly 20 years. She runs a BCST clinic in Waterford in the South East of Ireland, where she also holds retreats. She is part of the tutor team for the Karuna Institute in Devon, holding K*m Nye (embodied movement meditation) retreats and teacher trainings. She also holds BCST post grads with Jane Shaw at the Elmfield Institute in Co. Down.
Among other things she has trained in reflexology, kinesiology, BCST, yoga, K*m Nye and meditation. She has a keen interest in the pre and peri-natal period of life and has done a series of experiential womb surround process workshops deepening her personal experience in meeting this period of life.
She loves working with groups in the field of embodiment, exploring together the wisdom of our own body and a deepening into more embodied ways of being. She offers a safe relational holding field for students to do just that, and a depth of presence in meeting individual student process, she also enjoys holding the dynamics of the collective field.
Nature is a great joy and resource for Gráinne, walking her dog in woodlands, by shores of lakes and along sandy beaches. She lives beside the ocean and is a year round sea swimmer.
