We just acquired a Final Grant of Planning Permission for a residential Development at Coolcotts, Wexford comprising of a single storey childcare facility,, three storey neighbourhood centre which is a mixed used development with retail, office and 16 Apartmets and construction of 49 dwelling houses, on behalf of our clients Oakville Homes Ltd. We were commissioned to design and apply for Planning Permission for an All-Weather Soccer Pitch for our client's Curracloe United. Work is completed and ready for action. I would like to thank the committee and all it's members for the work involved in organising and getting this pitch completed for all the community to share.
