We are happy to announce that this year there are going to be **excursions** to some beautiful sites in Israel on the weekend after the tournament!
Currently, there will be 2-3 options from which to choose.

So, a minute before you schedule your flights, take it into consideration. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know Israel a bit better with some of the greatest, fun debaters :)

Meet the Ateam, part 3!
Introducing our spectacular DCA, Harish Natarajan:

Harish reached the Open Final of EUDC in Amsterdam 2010 and in Galway 2011, and won the competition at Belgrade 2012 - thrice being named a top 5 speaker. Harish is also twice a WUDC Top 10 Speaker and a Grand Finalist. Additionally, he has won over 30 major competitions including the 2013 HWS Round Robin, the 2012 Cambridge IV and the 2009 LSE Open. Harish was the Chief Adjudicator of the 2014 World Championships, the 2012 Oxford IV, three times on the CA team of the Cambridge IV (2009, 2011 and 2012), and twice on the LSE Open CA team (2010 and 2014). In addition, Harish has been on the CA team of many of Europe’s largest competitions including the Arandelojvic Open, Belgrade Open, Berlin IV, Budapest Open, Lund IV, Manchester IV, SOAS IV and Science Po IV. He is the CA of the forthcoming EUDC, held in Warsaw, Poland.

*** Two important messages ahead***

For the last few months we've been planning the coolest social events the debate world has seen in the last recent years !!

Park TOP94 known throughout the southern region in Israel, and they are waiting with open arms to get you guys into the RSO spirit!

In order to do so you need to come on the first day (Sunday, September 6) with closed shoes, a pair of socks and comfortable clothing.
We will go straight from campus and thus, bring a change of clothes or just come with them on you!

In addition, on the first day there will be no lunch so please prepare accordingly.

Cant imagine the RSO getting any better?!Neither can we, but it just did....

Here's a list of the amazing workshops that will take place on Sunday:
Monica will talk to you about religion as a social institution (or as she likes to call it - O***m for debaters) and help you win debates about religion and society.
Amanda will talk to you about identity politics and MultiCulturalism so you'll know how to win debates about minorities without offending anyone.
Kai will tell you all about the EU, its future challenges, possibilities and prospects so that you'll finally know how this organisation works.
Anat will talk to you about engagement and remind you, that in order to win a comparative game you needn't only show how good you are, but also how weak the other teams are.
Helena will help you master the art of whip speeches, a skill many of us need to improve
and lastly, as if all this wasnt reason enough to attend, Monica will close the day with a workshop on thinking outside the box and creative approaches for debating, for all those times you thought your opening team stole all the material and needed to think of something creative to extend on...
