2023 marks a pivotal year of growth for RepAir Carbon Capture!

We celebrated a significant achievement with the launch of RepAir's working prototype (>TRL6) in an operational environment, showcasing the technical performance of our next-generation carbon capture solution. Our hard work was also recognized with another grant from the Israel Innovation Authority totaling, 5 million NIS to date. Furthermore, we proudly joined Climate First’s Cohort II, solidifying our position as a key player in climate tech space. These, are just to name a few of accomplishments that were achieved in 2023.

To the exceptional RepAir Carbon Capture team, your commitment, creativity and determination have been the driving force behind our success. Navigating challenges and seizing opportunities has set the stage for a promising future, and we can take pride in what we've achieved.

It is also a great opportunity to thank our valued partners, for their trust and commitment. As we look ahead to the coming year, we anticipate reaching even greater heights in our shared journey toward a cleaner, greener, net-zero future!💚

🚀 Thrilled to announce a significant milestone for the RepAir team! 🌐 We've successfully transitioned our cutting-edge technology out the lab and onto the roof! 🏗️ We are excited to launch our working prototype (>TRL6) in an operational environment demonstrating the technical performance of RepAir’s next-generation carbon capture solution.

With 70% reduction in energy consumption (0.6MWh/tCO2) compared to other DAC technologies, this continuous, electrochemical process is fully electric and operates at ambient temperatures, resulting in a cost-effective solution in both construction and operation.

Investment giant BlackRock is partnering with Occidental to invest $550 million in the world's largest Direct Air Capture (DAC) facility.

The facility aims to capture 500,000 tonnes of CO2 annually once operational in mid-2025. According to BlackRock CEO and Chair Larry Fink, the new DAC facility “represents an incredible investment opportunity for BlackRock’s clients”.

Our trip to Norway, during which we visited the impressive Northern Lights facility, also included a tour of Equinor's K-Lab test center for robotics and equipment qualification in Kårstø, north Stavanger.

K-Lab is dedicated to testing new technologies that sustainably reduce carbon dioxide capture costs. The diversity of talented workers at the lab, along with its state-of-the-art engineering facility, laboratories, and infrastructure, brings together a mix of cultures and mentalities, creating a rich synergy and working environment for the innovative team at K-Labs.

Seeing the lab at work was fascinating, and we look forward to maximizing our strategic collaborations with Equinor. Thank you for hosting us!

Honda is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world and an expert in developing and manufacturing fuel cells for automotive.
