*Dance retreat - First week of July* I'm always looking for more ways to have uplifting dance and fitness adventures.

We are very excited to offer a one of a kind immersion experience designed to take your dance to a deeper level while living in a peaceful Creatian village & enjoying all that the Greek lifestyle has to offer.

Our featured instructor is Natalie Nayun, an exceptional artist, teacher, and dance ethnographer for *Central Asian & Persian Dances*. Adriana Marelli will also be teaching *dancer strength training* & *functional flexibility for belly dancers*, to keep us moving our best pain-free for life, practicing the highlights of *mobility work, isolations, Pilates, and barre techniques*. I'll be teaching cardio belly dance - since stamina is important, and "in frame - arms will keep you there", since a commonality for all these styles of dance are beautiful arm and hand gestures. The workshop is designed to be a *fantastic cross training course for dancers who do Arabic belly dance, Bollywood, classical Indian, and of course, Central Asian & Persian styles*.

Our retreat is situated in the *small beach town of Plakias* on the south west side of *Crete*. The beach life, boating, & coastal water sports are a big draw to the island, but there is a lot more that Crete offers. *pm me for full details of you're interested*.
