This High temperature Z47T Floating Ball 3 Piece Valve can operate in a challenging environment of temperatures up to 538ยฐC (1,000ยฐF) with a pressure rating of Class 300. All our Hydrogen Ultra-high-pressure ball valves are process valves which are designed and tested according to the ASME B16.34 Standard for high-pressure applications.
These valves have been witnessed by third party auditors to ensure performance and high quality standards are met.
For instance - H25 Hydrogen valve with a pressure rating of 550 bar (8,000 psi), was burst pressure tested up to 2,450 bar (35,525 psi), after 5 minutes of testing, no leak or burst occurred.

๐ง The Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation (GCMD) commissioned a study to define the safety and operations envelope under which ammonia bunkering pilots can be carried out in the port waters of Singapore on January 2022, the worldโs largest bunkering hub and second-largest container port. DNV - Maritime Advisory (DNV) was appointed to undertake this study.
Supported by Surbana Jurong (SJ) and the Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA),
๐ฌ This study aims to establish the basis to execute a pilot that would eventually enable the bunkering of Ammonia with industry-wide applicability.
The DNV-led consortium consulted extensively with a GCMD-curated group of 22 study partners and obtained feedback from more than 130 Industry and Consultation Alignment Panel (iCAP) members. The consortium also had discussions with relevant regulators to help refine their analyses.
๐ The scope of the study includes:
1. Forecasting ammonia marine fuel demand to establish capacity needs in Singapore.
2. Analyzing and recommending feasible operating concepts for an Ammonia bunkering pilot.
3. Screening, evaluating, and selecting suitable sites for an Ammonia bunkering pilot.
4. Identifying hazards and key risks and establishing mitigation protocols for the pilot.
5. Estimating total capital expenditure (CAPEX) for an Ammonia bunkering pilot.
6. Compiling an ammonia bunkering safety study guidebook for Ammonia bunkering pilots.
