COMPLAINT OF A WOMAN

A female life is worth nothing,
Leads her to existence searching,
Male subjugate from birth till death,
Never a breath serves any rest.

Cradle-to-grave is a painful journey,
Every hour is a sorrowful mourning,
Where she stands in this state of men?
Just perceives and conceives the harshness of men.

Marriage is not a solution for good,
It degrades the talents that flood in the moods,
Do’s and Don’ts guide her long,
Care, understand, sacrifice, compromise lifelong.

But what grandeur it brings in life,
Only cries, loneliness, emptiness complies,
Happy passion, emotions shudder forever,
She slams the doors of happiness forever.

The forbidden fruit turned so disastrous,
That survival of women resulted hazardous,
‘Still” in closets like of pieces of art,
Carry not relief but grudges to hearts.

Princess! Angels! Beautiful Goddess!
Daughter, Mother, Sister, Wife,
All notions just bring a pseudo impression,
But reality lies in the faces with depression.
