Here's a simple recipe for an almond milk shake:
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
I cup makhanas( foxnuts)
1 tablespoon honey or 6-7 raisins (optional)
I tablespoon of soaked chia seeds.
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder shake)
Instructions:
Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
In a blender, combine the foxnuts, almond milk, banana chunks, honey or raisins (if using)
Serve it with a tablespoon of chia seeds.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
