Ensuring the well-being of our children is paramount. Hence, it is advised to be mindful of their dietary intake, especially during the morning hours.

To facilitate optimal health and comfort, please consider the following recommendations:

Encourage regular visits to the restroom in the morning at home to facilitate proper elimination. This is to avoid unexpected f***l discharge by students in classroom who feel shy in asking for permission to go to washroom in the school.

Opt for nutritious breakfast options such as fruits and a single egg omelette, while avoiding the consumption of junk food, heavily spiced meats, and excessive non-vegetarian items.

Promote adequate hydration by providing ample fluids, particularly water, throughout the day.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can foster a healthier environment for the growth of our children and their well-being.
