*ELOCUTION PROGRAM*

"An eloquent speech does not reach from the lips to the ears rather it reaches from heart to heart."
Keeping this thought in mind, " MAULANA AZAD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL" organised an elocution program
under the guidance of respected principal, Mr. Nasiruddin sir that was conducted on 17th May, 2024.
All the teachers witnessed this event and their presence was a motivational and encouragement for all
the participants who stood with fervor to speak out their voice in this event. The House in-charges (Red
house, Blue House, Yellow House and Green House) were also there to cheer up their students. The
participants were allowed to speak on one of the given topics for a duration of 2-4 minutes. The program was started by the recitation of The 'THE HOLY QURAN". Students delivered different kinds of speeches like- the importance of time, Education, Cricket, and about some renowned
personalities too like APJ Kalam sir , MS Dhoni and many more. Maximum students took part and
performed well. Those who stood first, second and third will be awarded by the hand of our honorable
Principal sir.
The Elocution contest concluded with praises for all the contestants and encouragement for all the other students to step forward in such events in the future.

The main purpose of the elocution program is to improve their communication skills, including
speaking fluency, using body language , eye contact, making them ready for public speaking,
articulation, clarity, and voice modulation.

اسپیلنگ کنٹیسٹ۔ ہفتہ واری تقابلی پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا گیا جنمیں سینکڑوں طلباء وطالبات نے جوش وخروش سے حصہ لیا بچوں کا یہ دلچسپ مقابلہ اسکول کے پرنسپل اور درجنوں اساتذہ کی موجودگی میں صبح ٨ بجکر٢٠ منٹ میں شروع ہوا اور ٩:٣٥ میں پروگرام بحسن وخوبی اختتام کو پہونچا نتیجہ کا اناونس بھی کر دیا گیا پوزیشن حاصل کرنے والے طلباء وطالبات سر فہرست ہیں۔

واضح رہے کہ محنت ہی سے انسان کامیابی کے سفر کو طے کرتاہے اور آسمان کی بلندیوں پر پہونچتا ہے اخیر میں اسکول کے ذمہ دار پرنسپل نصیر الدین نے تمام اساتذہ کرام کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہوئے انکا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

Friday: 26 January 2024: we celebrate the festival of republic day every year on 26th January because in 1950, on this date, India's constitution was implemented.
Expressing the joy of freedom and for being a republican country A grant celebration was observed in the premises of Maulana Azad today.The programme of flag hoisting started at 8.30 in the morning. Flag hoisted by the school Director Md Rizwan Salafi followed by the National anthem and "sare Jahan se achcha" sung by our senior girls then delivered a short speech by the school director. He remembered Dr.B.R. Ambedkar's contribution towards making India a secular country and also said in his speech that no interfare in the constitution will be accepted at all.

On this occasion, The students participated in different songs and speeches. The school was looking colourful with green ,white ,orange of Tiranga.There was a smile on everyone’s face. Everyone were singing, dancing, grumbling patriotic songs and enjoying themselves. After the program Mr. Nasiruddin, Principal of Maulana Azad international school thanked to teaching and non teaching staffs to make the event a success. The programme ended with the distribution of sweets and everyone returned back home leaving a sweet memory at school

On 18 November, the students of Maulana Azad International school,Katihar Bihar visited the wonderful science centre located in Siliguri. All the students from class 1to 10 were in the tour. The coming of winter and bright sunshine added a smile on every one’s face. All the students were very excited for what new thing they would see or learn on the tour. The tour was an enjoyable to them, they could enter 3D hall and watch different species of animals and plants. They could enjoy the magnificent Tara Mandal.They could see strange behaviour of science like different types of mirrrors the concave and convex type and also different games
And the delicious meal there. Every items in the tour facinated them and they were not in the mood to return back to school. At 4.30 Leaving behind everything they returned back with a small face looking forward for the next tour in 2024.
