Made a beautiful comforting lunch with the help of my girls this sunny sunday afternoon. Dan Dan noodles and Bang Bang shrimp were the perfect combination🤤. The best shrimp I ever had was and the dynamite prawns will always remain my most favorite. I tried recreating it to a certain extent and it was so so yummy! The noodles have this mild nutty flavour from crunchy peanut butter and sesame seeds. The key to these noodles are the freshly made chilli garlic oil. I added a little bit of ‘s sambal olek. These tiny things make all the difference 😍

Korean Beef Tacos ✨
Sundays have become a day when i cook for my girls (friends) experimenting with new ingredients and trying out new dishes. I still cant make a decent roti to save my life or may be i just dont like to.
Bought these readymade tortillas and made some amazing korean style beef. The beef is caramelized in brown sugar amd soya sauce and cooked with additional korean spices. Made a beautiful slaw as i couldnt wait to use my new peeler that slices carrots so perfectly😩 (wth was i doing before that). And these tacos are just perfect. Easy to make and easier to gobble up.

Thai peanut noodle soup ✨
The soup base is made of coconut peanut sauce and vegetable broth. I used rice vermicelli to replace egg noodles.
This almost vegan soup is so nourishing and satisfying! Thanks to my client i have been very excited to make such wholesome soups. Super comforting for all seasons 🤤🤤

Thai peanut chicken bowl ✨✨

This bowl gets all of its flavour from the stars of the show, chicken satay and peanut dressing which are simply magical together! I like to go with a base of quinoa and kale for these bowls and my fav veggies are peppers, cucumber, carrots and cabbage along with green onions, cilantro and chopped peanuts for garnish.

Im really starting to enjoy making these bowls over salads as these are so high in protein, nutritious and satisfying and a complete meal in itself 🙂🙂

Vegetarian Salad Bowls (dressing not in the picture)

Main ingredients i use are tofu, paneer, quinoa, gluten free pasta and whatever fresh produce i find in the market making these high protein, low carb and amaze tasting salads. Sad that i forgot to take pictures of the dressing but i never thought i would be making vegetarian salads and getting great feedback 🥳
These are a part of a meal plan subscription for my vegetarian client and i have never been more excited to make these salad bowls 😌

Cooked with cream cheese and parmesan and homemade roasted red pepper puree. The smokiness of the pepper balances so well with all that cheese you cannot stop eating this.

Salem style chicken curry ! Best enjoyed with hot steaming idlis but i had mine with some crispy dosas.. i found time after a pretty long time to make something this wholesome for friends and myself. Missed Chennai a little more while making this🌝

Not much to say about this classic dish - all I know is that it is so delicious! Chili chicken is one of the best snacks, party foods and just all around a great additional to any meal.

Fruity salads lately have been my thing and this one hits the spot just right! So light and refreshing. Might have gone a little overboard with the pomegranate but it is what it is 🤤

Rice paper rolls packed full with colorful veggies and peanut noodles! ✨
Had so much fun making these with my girls! Rice papers are a bit tricky to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a super fun activity to do with a group!
These accidentally ended up being vegan-friendly but still didn’t disappoint a meat lover like me! That should say a lot about how delicious they were - especially with a drizzle of spicy peanut dipping sauce 😋

This sourdough bread i picked up from totally perfected the french toast and the overall burst of flavors in your mouth when you take that bite!! ughhhh! SO GOOOD! I think I’m going to make it again tomorrow 🌝

To balance out my posts a little, here’s a picture of a healthy pasta dish i made recently! This recipe uses basil and spinach pesto. The ratio of chicken and veggies to the spaghetti is 2:1 making it kinda low carb 🤭 but carbs are not your enemies so its all good! 😏
The markets lately are stocked with fresh beautiful basil and making pesto is my most favorite way of using it all up ! Here’s my contribution for some guilt free goodness that tastes amaze balls 💁‍♀️✨

Stuffed rigatoni 😍 thanks to ‘s stuffed shell pasta recipe.
The Rigatoni is stuffed with ricotta, parmesan and basil pesto and layered with fresh marinara sauce and topped with grated mozeralla and parmesan and baked! All the cheese used here is from and im soo glad i used them cos it did not disappoint!

Got some fresh greens from and wanted to use some fruit in my salad cos why not.
Made this salad with lettuce, arugula and tangerine as a base and added some cranberries and freshly roasted almonds. What a delight! Classic italian dressing and some grilled chicken cooked to perfection to complete the meal. So refreshing and so filling !
I dont know why salads are so under appreciated when you can make bomb salads like these so conveniently at home!😍

Thai Basil Chicken ✨
Thai basil chilli chicken with jasmine rice topped with a fried egg - the chicken is spicy with a mouthwatering balance of sweet and fresh basil. The authentic recipe uses the holy basil (tulsi) but i tried it with the regular one we get in the supermarket and it did not disappoint !
This has to be one of my most favorite dishes as I absolutely love thai food❤️🔥

Another favourite breakfast recipe 🔥
This is an Italian version of the Shakshuka if there can be one 😅
I made it for breakfast for my friends who were pretty surprised at how quickly this was made. Took me 20 mins from making the sauce to cooking the eggs to grilling the bread.
The sauce is an Italian marinara sauce and the eggs are topped with grated parmesan and garnished with fresh parsley and basil.

Using fresh herbs is the ultimate game-changer. Adds so much freshness to dish!

The burst of flavours from the sauce and the runny yolk along with the grilled to perfection garlic bread in your mouth. DAMN. I am craving for some as i type this 😭

This pork curry is the most special curry I have ever made. It has a combination of goan and SriLankan flavours and tastes best with sannas🤤 This took me some time to perfect it and I am so proud of how it’s come out. You have to try it to know what I mean!

SCRAMBLED EGGS + CHEESE + GRILLED TOMATO + SPINACH TOAST 💁‍♀️✨
Since i am intermittent fasting, i have my breakfast for lunch and so i need something filling yet healthy. .
Here i roasted 1 sliced tomato and a few spinach leaves in olive oil. Scrambled couple of eggs with half a cube of Amul cheese cube and left over olive oil roasting my veggies. Toasted a couple of breads in the same pan. Sprinkled some finely chopped spring onions and seasoned with pepper.
And there you go ✨✨
You can make this a low carb version by skipping the bread and adding may be another egg for a filling meal of 350 calories. .
TOTAL CALORIES:535 P:25 F:25 C:45 .

MEXICAN SPICED CHICKEN 🍗 WITH AVOCADO SALAD 🥑🥗✨✨✨
Who said healthy cant be tasty.
I always have a batch of my homemade taco 🌮 seasoning ready which i used here as a dry rub on my chicken and seared it in the pan.
TACO SEASONING RECIPE:
1 portion of garlic powder
1 portion of onion powder
1 portion of black pepper
1 portion of kashmiri chilli powder
2 portions of red chilli powder
Half a portion of corn flour
Half a portion of oregano
Mix it well and store it.
Use it for ANYTHING. I promise it wont disappoint you. .
Made a salad with avocados, mixed greens, onions, tomatoes and seasoned it with lime 🥑🧅🍅🍋🥬✨

Avocado and Egg salad on toast 💁‍♀️✨
Keto really did me bad. Now i eat all the high fat high protein meals with carbs🤦‍♀️ but as long as you’re on a calorie deficit its faaaine. .
I like my avocados mashed with the egg yolks that way i dont have to use too much mayonnaise for this.
Simple ingredients again, avocado, boiled eggs, little bit of mayo and mustard, i like to add a few chopped scallions if i have some in my fridge or your regular coriander should be fine too. .
You can make this without the avocados too just add more mayo depending on your liking 💁‍♀️ .
