Quick and Healthy Weight Loss Sandwich ๐Ÿฅช

Ingredients:-
Whole Wheat Bread - 2
Peanut Butter - 1 Teaspoon
Banana - 1/2 Sliced into pieces
Butter - 1/2 Teaspoon

Let's make tasty and yummy Sandwich ๐Ÿฅช
1. In a Tawa, add Butter and put both breads
2. Take out the bread in a plate and apply peanut butter on both breads.
3. Put sliced banana between the breads
4. Your Sandwich is ready to eat.

Calorie Count - 230 Calories
Protein - 11 gram

Note: - You can have this Sandwich ๐Ÿฅช at any meal time.

Today's Weight Loss Recipe - High Protein Cutlet ๐Ÿ˜‹ ( 32 Gram Protein)

Ingredients:-
Soaked 1/2 Cup Soya Chunks
Paneer 100 grams
Besan - 2 Tablespoon
Onion - 1 small chopped
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Ajwain - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 Teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

Steps to Prepare :-
1. Grind Soaked chunks and keep it in bowl
2. Put all the ingredients mentioned above in same bowl with mashed paneer
3. Mix well and shape it into a cutlet
4. In a tawa put 1 Spoon of Ghee and put all the cutlet on it
5. Flip it till it's Golden or crispy on one side and same with the other side.
6. Your tasty and healthy cutlet is ready to serve
7. You can eat 4 to 5 cutlet in your lunch or dinner with Green chutney

Soak 1/2 Cup Mix Kabuli Chana, Black Chana and Green Moong overnight

Chop all the Veggies Carrot ๐Ÿฅ•Cucumber๐Ÿฅ’ Onion ๐ŸŒฐ Tomato ๐Ÿ… Pink cabbage Lettuce leaves ๐Ÿƒ Beetroot

For Salad Dressing - 1/2 Teaspoon Seasonings, Lemon - 1 Tablespoon, Rock salt -1/4 Teaspoon and Any Salad dressing dip 1 Teaspoon ( I used Mint Dressing - https://amzn.to/3x5ECm1 )

Boil Soaked Chana and Moong for 5 minutes and remove Water.

Mix all ingredients together and your Superfood Protein Salad is ready to eat ๐Ÿ˜‹

Broccoli - 1/4 Cup boiled
Lime Juice- 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper powder- 1/2 Teaspoon
Seasonings- 1 Teaspoon
Cooking oil or ghee - 1 teaspoon

1. In a grilled Pan, add oil
2. Add paneer and saute it for 1 minute
3. Take out the paneer from Pan to a bowl
