Constipation is definitely a pain in the butt 🙈
If you’re drinking coffee or consuming any form of laxative this post is for you!
Ideally you should be able to p**p without any difficulty 💩
You can improve this stitch by 1. Adding more fibre in the form of whole grains, veggies and fruits.
2. Drink enough water throughout the day, make sure you’re sipping water every 1 hour for sure! Especially post lunch.
3. When you know a certain food constipates you, it’s just best to avoid them 🫡 like gluten, dairy and even alcohol!
