Turning the pain into power, motivation, strength !!!
We r still grieving on the sad demise of our beloved mother whom we lost on 10/1/2024, it’s been 16 days now, still trying to recover from her loss. Bcz she is our Amma. I was in a bad state of mind so I stayed away from social media. But today I felt like posting. Last 2 years have been very difficult for me as our beloved mother’s health was critical. It was especially in 2023, some days she used to recover and somedays she used to fall ill unexpectedly. Her health condition was unpredictable. Which took a toll on my mental health as I am very emotional person. Although I did not show much on social media. Bcz I always want to keep my personal life low key. Many things happened which affected my peace of mind very badly, so I could not focus on my career, fitness as I used to be. I was getting into depression exactly like in 2013 when my dad was suffering from cancer. In 2023, mom was suffering from kidney issues. I was relating same chain of events in 2023 to recent incidents. Since I was very disturbed it took a toll on my fitness, so I gained weight. Even if we r very strong person but if our mind is disturbed we really lose focus on the things we love esp our passion. I was smiling outside but inside I was sinking. Only I know the pain I went through in the last 2 yrs. I never used to share my worries to anyone. Due to this I used to let go off many good opportunities related to my career. Now we lost both parents, which makes us(me,elder bro) feel like orphans.Bcz the pain of losing parents is very bad, only we know that. No matter how old we get, we still need our parents. We shd feel that their souls will be with us as a guiding force.We hv to continue to return to our lives with their gud memories,gud values,upbringing which they taught us.The more we cry it will hurt them too bcz they also lost us too in other way.Instead of crying we hv to make them proud by good deeds and success. Now it’s high time to get back to my career and fitness which was on hold. I have that satisfaction that I looked after both my parents very well to the best of my abilities. But god has different plan he took them. Now our beloved mom is with our dad in heaven watching us, blessing us…

How To Restart Workouts After a Long Break? Here are the Tips…
1)Motivate yourself by doing exercises that make you happy
Initially, when you start working out after a long haul, it takes a lot of motivation because you don’t see the results immediately. One thing that can help you stay motivated is creating a workout regime that is comfortable for you and doing exercises that you enjoy.
2)Go slow,Listen to your body
It is important to acknowledge that a lot of changes might have happened since you last worked out. Although, the muscles start to loosen up in a week’s time of not working out, the stamina persists for a while before receding. So, for the first 2-3 weeks, workout like a beginner and start with basic exercises before ramping up the intensity.Walking, light weights, body weight workouts and are some good examples to start your workouts again. Remember that initially you should keep your sessions short, 30-40 minutes at the most as this will help increase your stamina without putting unnecessary stress on your body.
3) Plan and set a realistic achievable goal
Ask yourself, what are you looking for? Is it weight loss, muscle gain, strength, stamina, toning or weight gain. Having a well defined goal, will help plan a workout routine that fits your aspirations and will keep you motivated and focussed due to its customizable and exclusive nature.
4) Stay committed to the plan, never give up
Commitment to the plan is critical as results will not be visible instantaneously.
Pro Tip: If u have worked out really hard in the past and built muscles then high chances are that u will get back to ur earlier form sooner than u expect due to Muscle Memory💪😎, so relax enjoy the process now.

As we gain more lean muscle our body loses more fat through inches loss with raised BMR.We start looking more leaner,fitter,healthier,stronger.More Muscle in the body increases resting metabolism. Whereas weightloss is more of water loss,muscle loss,fatloss therefore we can see more difference in weighscale than inches at the cost of our health.
