One can never payback to parent's sacrifices and their immortal love. We are so busy growing up we often forget that our parents are getting old. Instead of being a constant source of stress an drama ;try lightening the load for them. They have already done their jobs of raising us. It's okay to ask for and accept help but to act as if we're somehow owed something is dysfunctional . May Allah make us look after our parents and treat them with kindness! May Allah always bless them and reward them for loving and protecting us.

(Surah Al-Isra 17-24) 

رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا

 Rabbir hamhuma k**a Rabbayani Sagheera

"My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small."

No matter how dark we believe our souls to be. It's never too late to turn back to Allah, and ask for His forgiveness. 😔

Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness.

اِنَّ رَبَّكَ وَاسِعُ الْمَغْفِرَةِۗ

inna rabbaka waasi'ul maghfirah

(An-Najm [53] : 32)

No matter how dark we believe our souls to be. It's never too late to turn back to Allah, and ask for His forgiveness.

Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness.

Allah is sufficient for me.
There is none worthy of worship besides Him. I have put my trust in Him, He is the lord of the majestic throne.
Surah tawba ayah 129

With every tear that falls like rain,

Our love for Hussain forever shall remain.

In Karbala’s sands, his essence blooms,

A fragrance of love that forever consumes.

May all that is slow blooming in nature remind your tired soul that when you do not see growth each day, you are Living. You are still whole.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِ وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

Rabbi shrahli sadri wa yassirli amri wah l*l uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli.

Rabbi shrahli sadri dua is a beautiful supliclation, Prophet Musa asked Allah to clear his chest, to make this mission of his easy, to let the knot of his tongue be loosened so that people can understand what he says.

He began by saying: “My Lord, expand my chest for me”:

That is, expand it with light, faith, and wisdom so that I can bear all kinds of harm, both verbal and physical.

The openness of the chest transforms the hardship of the assignment into comfort, bliss, and ease.

And His saying: “And make my affair easy for me”

This means that every matter that I take, and every path that I take in your path, make it easy for me.

And untie the knot from my tongue, then they may understand my speech.

In this he sought success in speaking well in calling to God in people’s speech, influencing their minds and emotions with wisdom by saying, and with kindness in action.

This blessed dua included asking God Almighty for assistance in matters of religion such as worship, obedience, remembrance, and glorification.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

JANUARY Reminders.
- You can do anything, but not everything at the same time.
- You don’t have to figure everything out.
- Restart as many times as needed.
- Your inner peace is too expensive to be sacrificed.
- Do more of what makes you forget about time.

May Allah heal our souls and fill our hearts with blessings of iman.

Mutawakkilin (متوکّلین) are the ones who have tawakkul (توکُّل). Tawakkul literally means to declare weakness and put one’s trust in another. 

In the Islamic context, it means not to trust any cause except Allah as a person considers Him to be the only and unparalleled cause who is invincible and the causality of every cause comes from Him. As a result, it is to entrust the management of one’s affairs to Him as one has cut off any hope in apparent causes. 

Tawakkul is the result of belief in Allah's Lordship. 🤍

The Qur'an, verse 41:34

ادْفَعْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ

Repel (evil) with that which is good.
Evil should be resisted not by the mere good but by a superior good.
As if to say: If a person treats you unjustly and you forgive him, it is the mere good. The superior good is that you treat the one who ill-treats you which kindness and love.

وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةًۭ لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

"We have sent you,˹O' Prophet˺ only as a mercy for the whole world."

Surah Al-ambiya

[21:33]
POLITENESS and COURTESY, COMPASSION and TENDERNESS,SIMPLICITY and HUMILITY, SYMPATHY and SINCERITY were some of the keynotes of his character.

Surah al-Fatihah
