This project especially was a roller coaster ride for 15 days straight and still is…..
not even kidding
Had to confirm the order last minute on a request of a known and the client had only 15 days to offer for construction and delivery both (scary) as it was for his new home…. And the special day was the house warming party so he wanted everything prim and proper so with all the energy i started the work the same day he placed an order, my helping hand my mother and I started working on the project (although she could only help very little but she did) latter i had to do everything alone and that was a huge huge stone to break in a very less time…along with changes in the design and meeting the needs of our client…. Somehow, Being super hopeful and Working day and night literally worked for 20 hours everyday I finished the project in time but delivery (weekends) became an issue which wasn’t in our hands,
CUT TO SHORT it did not reach my client in time which we made him aware of beforehand (it made me very sad) but anyway its not over yet. When our client received the order it was damaged (transit things) again not in our hands….. (this broke my heart) after packing so well we still faced it honestly this was our second time in our 2.5 years of business time where we faced transit damage but its okay happens thats how a business stands strong with ups and downs🧿

I genuinely want to thank our client for understanding the situation and being so patient, as we always say we wont let our customers down no matter what.
