*NAVRATRI DIET*
Since Navratri has started already and many people who are following any weight loss program whether it is keto or a low carb, their biggest confusion is that how they will manage to follow their diet during this period.
Well it's not a difficult task, you just have to prepare your meals and select your food items a little wisely, so that you can complete your macros and your diet doesn't get disturbed.
There are some tips to manage to follow your diet easily on this occasiona of Navratri.
▪There are various types of fasting, but this Navratri lets pick up the most popular one, the Intermittent Fasting (which we follow as an eating strategy in our weight loss journey). In this type of fasting your fasting window is of 14 /16 hrs ( including your sleep time) and daily eating window is restricted to 8 to 10 hrs. Most interesting thing here is, you are allowed to eat as many meals during these 8 to 10 hrs window and even during fasting you are allowed to drink non caloric beverages like water, lime water , apple ciders vinegar , green tea, lemon tea etc .
▪To break-fast, in your first meal have proteins like paneer , curd , butter milk , almonds , walnuts .
▪During the day if you chose to consume fruits then opt for
fibrous fruits like apple, berriers and pears. Avoid taking fruit juices, prefer whole fruits.
▪Consume lot of veggies in the form of salads , soups , smoothies or prepare Indian raita (curd with veggies).
▪Stay away from sugar completely.
▪Whey is permitted post workout (or anytime if you know how to complete your macro), it is derived from milk.

▪One meal can be a rice pulao , boiled or baked potato or sweet potato (not more than 1 medium size potatao), curd, chutney .
▪Avoid fried stuff .
▪Take proper rest , meditate to remain stress free.
▪Stay active, do workout but don’t exert.
▪Stay hydrated, maintain your water intake.
▪Avoid stimulants like too many cup of coffees-tea, this may dehydrate you .

He was very obese as you can see in the images a 19 year old boy looked like double of his actual age.
