We all purchase a lot of stuff in the name of Good health..

New year Resolutions !!!
So here is another very simple New year resolution.
OH I LOVE MY CUPPA (TEA / COFFEE ) and can't bear to part with it
So here try reducing the size of the cuppa..
And consequently the amount of tannin and caffeine that go into it !
Do you know what tannin does ?
- accelerates blood clotting
- increases acidity levels
- produces liver necrosis
- modulates immunoresponses
And so on.
Do you know what caffeine does ?
- increases activity of brain and nervous system.
- Frequent urination
- Dehydration
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Palpitations
- Trembling hands
- Restlessness
- Anxiety
Let's try reducing our cuppa.. drop by drop.

Amla chutney
Did you know including amla chutney - in your meals on a daily basis- is great for anti ageing !!
Well..
A pro tip
If you want your amla chutney to stay good for upto to 5 days in the refrigerator !!
1 - Replace green Coriander with dry Coriander powder.
2 - Add red chilli - 3 pinches.
3 - Donot blend at the top speed. Put the mixer in the form of pulsator - 2 seconds at speed 1 , turn off, repeat for 4 to 5 times.
And you get chutney
That you usually get at the thela walas.
Drier chutney - better shelf life - Awesome taste!
