Here are some glimpses of the Inaugural ceremony of the ADR committee, hosted by Xavier Law School on 22nd September' 21.

The founding committee members along with the faculty convenor of the committee Mr. Arun Sasi, organized the event in which the guest of honour was Ms. Isabella Fellrath from Switzerland. Ms. Isabelle is an Arbitrator, Attorney and a former Swiss federal court deputy judge. She has been a part of many key arbitration panels around the world.

It was a pleasure and privilege listening to her speaking about the aspects of Arbitration and mediation in depth, and regarding the various corporate fields and the evolving significance of Arbitration. The students had an immensely fruitful session, interacting with such a learned personality and it was an impressively successful event!

Hereby, the ADR committee is in action!

Xavier Law school will conduct the Inauguration of ADR Committee on 22nd September 2021, the Guest of Honor and the Keynote Speaker will be Dr Isabelle Fellrath.
