My name is Pamul Thalia, and I hail from the culturally rich lands of Rajasthan. Growing up immersed in the traditions of Rajasthani cuisine, my love for flavorful food was ingrained from an early age. Professionally, I serve as an Assistant Engineer at the Pollution Control Board in Rajasthan, enjoying a fulfilling career alongside my beloved wife, Prashasti Maharshi.
Despite the apparent success in my career and personal life, I found myself facing a significant challenge – the neglect of my health. Relishing in the joys of dining out, coupled with a lack of exercise and poor eating habits, took a toll on my well-being. Day by day, my weight surged to alarming levels, reaching a staggering 95 kilograms. The repercussions were undeniable, with knee pain and stomach issues becoming unwelcome companions in my daily life.

A simple yet powerful anti-bloat infusion

you can make at home for gut bloating. Try this; it works

like magic.

We’ve prescribed this to our patients too

while simultaneously working on the root cause of their bloating

Ingredients:

– 2-3 mint leaves

– 1/2 inch mashed ginger or a pinch of dry ginger powder

– 1tbsp fennel seeds

– Pinch of ajwain (bishop’s w**d)

– 1 tsp jeera (cumin)

Instructions:

1. Boil the ingredients for 5 minutes, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

2. Strain in a cup, add fresh mint and sip it warm

3. Enjoy 1-3 cups a day.

The most conventional thing to do is to go onto a diet to lose weight. And going onto a diet involves losing a little bit of weight, putting it back on. And there's deprivation, there's restriction. There is weight gain again, which comes along with frustration and stress, and you just get into that whole vicious trap of not losing weight or losing weight and putting all of it back on. And that's a constant struggle that people all over the world go through every single day.
Take the conventional thing to do is to go onto a diet, and we need to change that Right now. We need to change our focus from going on to a diet.
To finding out the reasons why we put on weight or why we don't lose weight. There are so many diets and gyms and programs and apps that divert our attention from the real focus of what we should be looking at. Why are we putting on weight
1. Why are we unable to lose weight ?
2. Select the right diet, the right exercise, and the right lifestyle plan that you should be on ?

But none of us want to take that step back and focus on why we're putting on weight and why we're unable to look at losing weight because we are fearful of what we might find. We live in fear of the fact that we may find that, oh, it's my drinking, that's the reason why I'm unable to lose weight and we don't want to accept that through or it's my inactivity.
We should be investing about 30 minutes for our physical activity every single day, and we should be living life every meal.
