The phrase "money speaks one language if you save me today, I will save you tomorrow" suggests the idea that making prudent financial decisions and investments today can lead to future benefits or returns.
The notion of "saving" in this context may refer to both saving money for the future and saving oneself from financial challenges by making wise investment choices.
It is important to note that all investments carry some level of risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Before making any investment decisions, individuals should conduct thorough research, consider their financial goals and risk tolerance, and consult with a financial advisor.

Appreciative Listening Appreciative listening is when you are listening to appreciate.
Listening is a very powerful skill.
Critical Listening:
I have related two examples of critical listening in this video uploaded on YouTube.
One example relates to Sales Professional/client & the other relates to interviewer/job seeker.
Active listening is an integral skill.
Would love to have your comment/feedback.

Critical Listening Critical Listening: A Type of skill that involves a process of critical thinking, analysis, and judgment about what a person had said.
Someone sends, someone else receives.
But is it really that simple?
“Empathy is patiently and sincerely seeing the world through the other person’s eyes. It is not learned in school; it is cultivated over a lifetime” ---Albert Einstien

“When we were expecting our first child ……” is my own story that I would like to share with wonderful people like you reading right now.
The story relates to communication and more so resonates with a very powerful human attribute, “Listening”.
I came across a beautiful quote the other day and I had posted the same here and I am compelled to share the same again below.
"Good leaders listen first and speak second” By Luke Westerman
I am sure “those great leaders have learned the art of listening”
I am happy to share what I want to through this video.

“Good leaders listen first and speak second”

Luke Westernman
My intake on this quote is,
“I am sure those great leaders have learnt the art of listening”
To feel heard and understood, sometimes all you require from the other person is simply his “SILENCE”.
Is “SILENCE” to get from the person listening is “easy” or “tough”?
How do we listen?
Of course, through our ears.
We also listen with our:
• Eyes
• Open Mind
• Open Heart
Listening is both a Science and an Art!
‘Seek first to understand, then to be understood.’
This is what Stephen R. Covey mentions in his best-selling book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
The primary characteristic of active listening is to put all your focus on understanding the message the other wants to convey.
It is from the 6th month of pregnancy that a baby’s sense of hearing is well developed.
It is suggested to start developing a bond with the baby by talking, reading or singing to her.
Hearing your voice often will prepare your newborn to recognize it after delivery.
This is what the author Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel in the book “What to expect when you’re expecting” has written.
If the hearing can establish a bond between us and our unborn baby, just imagine what real hearing and listening can do for us as adults.
“One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say”
By: Bryant H. McGill
This quote is simply telling us how easy it is for us to give respect to someone. “Just Listen”.
Just telling someone “I can’t listen to this”, “walking away or ignoring to avoid a conversation”, or hanging up the phone on someone are actions depicting our unwillingness to listen.
As per the above quote, if “listening” is the most sincere form of respect,
Wouldn’t “not listening” be the most insincere form of disrespect?
