Pakoda Curry & Brinjal Fry 🔥
👩🏻🍳
RECIPE:
Pakoda Curry:
Onion Pakoda - 150gms
Oil - 3 tablespoon
Cinnamon sticks- 2
Cardamom - 2
Bay leaf -2
Cloves - 4
Star annese - 1
Fennel seeds- 1tsp
Onions - 3 thinely chopped
Tomato- 2
Chillies - 4
Ginger Garlic paste - 2tsp
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Cu**in powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Poppy seeds- 1 tsp
Coconut - half shell
Coriander leaves
Paste:
Take coconut half shell , 4 green chilli, poppy seeds, fennel seeds make a smooth paste.
Preparation:
Take a Pan add oil, add cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf , cloves, star annese and add onions fry until the onion turns brown , then add ginger garlic paste fry until the smell vanishes.
Add Chilli powder, coriander powder and cu**in powder. Then add tomato and cook well, add coriander leaves and cook in low flame.
Add the grounded paste to the curry and mix well. Add salt to taste.
Close the pan and allow the curry to boil and cook until oil seperates. Now add onion pakoda to it. Simmer and cook for 5 mins. Allow it to soak for 10mins and serve the delicious pakoda curry. Tastes best with rice, chappathi and dosa.

(Mashed Greens Curry)
Made with Arai Keerai (Amarathus Aritis)
👩🏻🍳 RECIPE :
Arai Keerai - 1 bunch take the leaves wash and keep aside.
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Onions - 2
Tomato - 2
Garlic - 15 cloves
Tamarind - 2 inch (wash and keep aside)
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cu**in seeds - 1 teaspoon
Dry red chilli - 5 (depending on spice levels)
Curry leaves - little
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Take a pan add oil for tempering.
Add mustard seeds, cu**in seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
Then add chopped onions and fry until it turns transparent.
Add tamarind to it. Then add tomatoes to it. And cook until the raw smell vanishes.
Then add the greens to it and cook until the greens is nicely cooked and it's ready to be mashed. Add salt to taste.
Mash the greens:
Either take a big vessel and smash everything together. Else you can add the items to a mixie jar and give it just one spin. You will get a nice thick texture. Serve it with hot ghee.
Your Yummy tasty and healthy Greens curry is ready to relish.

Beef Chukka - Pickle style 🔥

To all the beef lovers out there 😋
RECIPE:
Beef Chukka:
Things needed:
Beef - 1/2 kg
Marinate beef with vinegar n leave it for 2-3hours(tenderise the meat).
Dry fry:
Take a pan add
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves- 2
Bay leaf - 1
Dry red chilli - 7
Cu**in seeds - 1tsp
Pepper cloves - 1tablespoon
Aniseed - 1tsp
Dry fry them, cool it and add
Ginger Garlic paste - 2tablespoons
Made a thick paste out of it.
In a Pan:
Add Oil - 3 tablespoons (sesame oil preferred)
Onions - 4 (medium size) fry until brown.
Now add the grounded paste. Add
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 2tsp
Cu**in powder -1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Tumeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Then add 3 finely chopped tomatoes.
Once the masala is cooked add the raw beef into the masala.
Add salt to taste(depending on your taste levels).
Add little water for the meat to cook, keep it in a cooker and give 15-20 long whistles and slow cook for 15mins in simmer.
If there is water content you can thicken it until oil seperates from masala.
Your Yummy tasting Beef Chukka in pickle style is ready to Relish😋
