On a mission to make the world Kinder, Healthier & Happier! soulsaanch is an initiative to boost men
The ultimate test of man’s conscience may be his willingness to sacrifice something today for future generations whose words of thanks will not be heard. - Ga***rd Nelson
A big shout out to all the men and boys for being a wonderful human who stand as an example of character, respect and compassion. Their dedication towards their families, their hard work and the love behind behind their strong and tough faces.
Let's not forget, just like all of us, even they want to love, be loved, contribute and be appreciated.
Support the men in your lives! 😇
Remembering a wrong is like carrying a burden on the mind. To understand everything is to forgive everything. Forgiveness is a gift to yourself. To be free, to be in peace! ✨🌺
Stop judging people!
Be it for their choices... what they were 5..10..15... years back... their appearance... their goodness... anything for that matter...
You might know nothing about their suffering, about their struggles and state of mind, why they are the way they are. If you weren’t there with them through their pain, through their challenging times, if you didn’t make the effort to understand them then, be with them when they were alone and lonely, the least you can do now is to not judge and spread that judgement around. You may have no idea how that person made it.
If you got a chance to read into the history of each person, their joys and sorrows, the circumstances they have been through, know the reason behind their choices and behaviours, understand their emotions and values, any kind of hateful or hostile behaviour will cease to exist.
Is it really so difficult to choose compassion?
Believe me, once you stop constantly judging others, your mind will be at peace too and there will be room for a better understanding. The energy spent in anger and hostility isn't worth it. Try to see beyond.
Judge and generalize is the easiest way out. After all, is it worth making an effort to get into the mind of every individual and understand how different they are? But then it’s your own choice: which road to take… the easy one or the one which lets you explore more, know more, listen more, understand more, express more, care more, love more, believe more…
And remember, if easy has been your choice for long, it can be for many!
The cosmic mother, the embodiment of nature, the universal energy force! The one who is kind, compassionate & nurturing. How beautifully it shines, spreading it's vibrance & pouring her love. May the vibes of Navaratri fill your life with happiness and you remain free from suffering🌞💮😇
The best investment you can ever make is in your own health - SH. Since childhood we have been hearing the famous adage - Prevention is better than cure, that applies in different contexts, especially for our own health. Following preventative measures for ensuring good physical, mental, and social health goes a long way to maintain holistic wellbeing. I have never been a fitness freak since childhood, the reason I talk from a layman's point of view on how to start on this journey with experience. What can be some simple ways if we start from scratch? Most of us now have access to thousands of videos and books, also people around us to guide us, but do all of us actually practice, and for how long? That is why start simple, start small! Here in this blog, I share my own experience when I was drowned in the sea of an unhealthy lifestyle. Check out: http://soulsaanch.com/2021/04/stay-healthy-and-wise/
May the colours of Holi fill your life with shades of happiness, good health and prosperity! ✨☀️🌈

Right from providing oxygen, shelter, food, livelihood or fighting climate change, all beings and our entire ecosystem depends on forests. For a plant to become a tree, it can sometimes take a lifetime. The reason planting trees is good but mitigating deforestation is better!
Not to forget how forests can make us healthier and happier impacting our physical and mental health. Bringing in calmness, lowering BP/anxiety/stress hormones while increasing endorphins/serotonin and strengthening the functioning of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Can we be happy all the time? May be if we have the power to accept and also to let go.
Difficult to put into parameters, since it actually stems from within. Happiness is a comparative emotion, a beautiful function involving the heart and mind, can be different for different people. It also doesn't mean that we don't feel the other set of emotions because we are just happy happy. The idea of happiness can be related to being more aware of the moment you are in, appreciating what you have, realising that both joy and sorrow will come and go, staying resilient through challenges, accepting that some things will be beyond your control, acknowledging that the world is made up of people of different perspectives and understanding that when we tend to be kind and more willing to reach out and help others, it will deliberately lead to greater compassion and in turn greater happiness.
As beautifully put in the 'Art of Happiness' - Once our basic needs for survival are met, then it is just our mind which is all the basic equipment we need to achieve happiness. Our mind becomes a platform of infinite possibility that can reveal a world of beauty and plenty or a world of scarcity and hate. So the actual answer to the question 'how to define happiness' lies just within you!
Sharing loads of love, hugs and prayers for you on this International Day of Happiness. May you be happy and free of suffering 🧡♥️🤗🤗
There is so much happiness in the strength of humility 🌸
विद्यां ददाति विनयं,
विनयाद् याति पात्रताम्।
पात्रत्वात् धनमाप्नोति,
धनात् धर्मं ततः सुखम्॥
Knowledge makes one humble, humility begets worthiness, worthiness creates wealth and enrichment, enrichment leads to right conduct, right conduct brings contentment.

As we reflect on this year, many of us have experienced some harsh challenges and setbacks. But at the same time, this year also gave us a chance to pause, be more mindful, and grateful for all the things that we usually take for granted.
As we near the end of 2020, it’s a good time to contemplate on what were our significant learnings and how we grew in the process. Here, I would like to share with you one of my key learnings from 2020 - an ancient Japanese method of self-reflection and gratitude known as NAIKAN. The Naikan reflection is based on a set of three questions:
- What have I received from this person?
- What have I given to this person?
- What troubles and difficulties have I caused to this person?
With the help of these questions, one can introspect relationships with their parents, caregivers, friends, colleagues, partners, pets, elements of nature etc. You can even customize the set of questions, as for example - What have I received in 2020, what have I given in 2020 and so on. We are not focusing here on the troubles rendered to us by someone/or circumstances since our brain has a negativity bias, and we would like to avoid that during this practice.
I hope you will join me in this expression of gratitude and also be compassionate towards your own ability to recover, adapt and grow - physically, mentally and emotionally. No matter how our life looks like right now, but do take some time to infuse yourself and those in your life with love.
With that thought, I wish you and your loved ones happiness, peace of mind and a wonderful 2021! May you experience the boundless compassion that exists within you for all beings. Love and hugs 🤗🤗♥️♥️😇😇
Merry Christmas Eve 😁♥️

Connecting with the soul at a deeper level! ✨✨
The more you see your life and others lives as precious, the more you care, protect and promote their wellbeing as well as your own good! This subtle yet profound human emotion of compassion, that which springs out of love, is present in all of us! Our ancient philosophies promote the essential qualities of Karuna (Compassion) and Ahimsa (nonviolence) as the foundation of our living. Be it Yoga or words of Shakyamuni Buddha, they term compassion as the sacred energy that connects us to the soul of the universe. That allows us to feel a sense of onesness with all.
If everyone consciously practised compassion, the world would be a happier place. Compassionate actions doesn't necessarily involve money, but your care, affection and genuine concern can be the healing one needs. Are we really separate from each other?
Everyday may not be good, but there’s still something good in each day! 🌷🌞
I’ve learned that, just like water, compassion is strong, soft, and immensely powerful.

Compassion is not foolish. It doesn’t just go along with what others want so they don’t feel bad. There is a yes in compassion, and there is also a no, said with the same courage of heart. The no is said not out of hate but out of an unwavering care. Buddhists call this the fierce sword of compassion.
