Central Board of Irrigation & Power (CBIP), jointly with Siemens is organizing hands-on training with practical demonstrations on the subject “Line and Differential Protection” on 19 – 21 April 2023 at Siemens Power Academy, Goa.

Dear All,
With gracious presence of Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, for Power Shri R.K. Singh, as Chief Guest the CBIP Day and Award celebrations culminated on 3 March 2023 in a befitting manner, at SCOPE auditorium, Lodi Road, New Delhi.

In all 34 Awards in various category as selected by high level jury were conferred to the Organisation and Individual including young professional for their out standing contribution.

A small film highlighting the 96 year of journey and valuable contribution by CBIP to the growth of Water, Power and renewable energy sector was displayed.

The Hon’ble minister appreciated the awardees and also to CBIP for their contribution for sustainable growth of three vital sector, water, power and renewable energy. The Hon’ble minister during his address suggested CBIP to also focus on the subject of Hydro power.

Shri Ghanshyam Prasad, Chaiperson, CEA and President CBIP also graced the Dias and addressed the gathering. He also highlighted the contribution of CBIP since its inception in 1927, to the development of three vital sector.

Four important Technical publication and Water & Power Map of India were also released during the occasion.
