He has a Fazilat degree from Darul Uloom Deoband and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Mr Shams Tabrez Qasmi is also an executive member of the oldest organization of Indian journalists, Press Club of India.
