As today is our 5th birthday, we have experienced many retail stores and resellers. But we have a blissful experience with pothys, Trichy. We approached to reach more people through their super store(department store) some months before. The purchase manager Mr. Rajesh sir made us feel easy 1st(was little nervous as they are gaint I was just budding).
He inquired the details about my product and how different we are from other pads. And more about my quality lasts, our production capacity, and more. We gave him our product samples and quotation too . All these happened a few months ago.
Mean while we were waiting for some intellectual property authentication for our brand and product.
Again approached him few days ago after optaining all the ip certifications, he was so humble and made me ease again with same respect inappropriate to the age I am a vendor that's it for him. This time he was happy to offer me an opportunity to make my product available at pothys. Even we are happy to launch quality products with quality store. We make so many purchases thro online nowadays but we are not aware of the seller but beleive the platform(Amazon, Flipkart, jio, Myntra...) Are we having the correct belief?
But the stores like pothys are really a platform for belief where customers can be the king really.
So finally we are going to be available with pothys soon...
